Wow! By far the best dealership ever. I will never buy another car anywhere else. My salesman, Leo, was fantastic and worked really hard to get me the deal I wanted. Ryan, the Sales Manager, was so down to Earth and also worked hard to get me where I wanted to be with my payments. I could not believe how fast and easy it was to make & finalize my deal. Came here to schedule a repair for a warranty item only because it's closer to where I work. The so called service advisor will not approve a rental car while the repair is taking place. If it was not a warranty item I could understand. 2 years ago I was here shopping for a car, I did not buy here as I felt the salesman was trying to rip me off on my trade in, and wouldn't budge on the car price. Recently had some credit issues that my wife and I were working on and had turned down at other places. Had a really bad experience at a dealership and they were super rude. Then we contacted Ben Fields... a sales guy at Tempe Dodge or Kia. Really accommodating and showed what customer service should be!!! This guy, had all our paperwork done before we even got down to the dealership. It took about 10 minutes to sign a few papers and then had to wait about 20 minutes or so to get into the finance dept.
