This dealership is a joke. The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. And don't ever get your vehicle fixed there because their prices are outrageous.I will never go back... I will for sure be telling everyone I know how terrible this dealership is. Clearly this is not the first time someone has had a bad experience with this dealership.
I bought THREE OIL CHANGES for 90 dollars and I only received ONE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I bought my Jeep Rubicon from this dealer, 10 years ago. I tried to always bring it here when I needed service. That hasn't been too often. I retired a couple years ago and we have spent considerable time outside Arizona. I have found that other dealers are not as honest and dependable. I have been lied to about needed repairs, charged too much and told I needed to purchase parts or service that wasn't really necessary by other Jeep service locations. Did a great job of customer service, timely and very accommodating. Shuttle service was on time clean vans and friendly drivers.
