Friendly people, but I don't feel I got a good deal, just "OK" on new vehicle purchase. 1) Slow to refund "vehicle service plan", still not refunded after two weeks. 2) Inflated dealer adds; nitrogen tires, tinted windows on car w/factory tint. I got a used car here 2 years ago and was sold the extended warranty for $50 extra a month for 72 months. I was told this would cover 60,000 miles or 6 years from the 47k miles that were on it. I was told I can turn in the car in a year or two and any unused amount of the warranty would be paid back to me or used as a down payment. I never had to use the extended warranty.
