You could return phone calls after the sale, for one. Your finance department is unethical. Does not return phone calls and avoid taking care of business. When we wanted to use our bank for financing, the financial wizard insisted we use their financer for better discounts. Which was a lie. Plus they are charging 6.2 interest rate.
