I set up a business account August 2015. First problem, they placed it under the wrong ABN. 8 hours on the phone being shuffled from one department to the next, they finally understood the mistake. Quote comes back for the same plan and phone lines, under the correct ABN, more than double the original. Another 8 hours on the phone and assurance it will be credited back to the original Quote. Have had nothing but a bad experience with telstra since I joined last year. Two weeks I was without internet because they put through nbn when I requested adsl now I’m moving and yet again more drama and mistakes on telstras end is leaving me without internet yet again. Will not be choosing telstra again that’s for sure...
Got an Telstra. contract two years ago telling us we would get phone service. Two years old and we still can’t and are still paying $125 to 150 a A month fees and also has anyone else had trouble with stealing data who is with Telstra. And their staff will never help with anything you need a Lithgow or Bathurst

Your company is a joke! Swapped from Optus to Telstra NBN with your Telstra TV and it has been two weeks and still cannot connect! Still using my OPTUS hardware and nbn as when I connected your hardware it only half worked! Now on the phone again only to be told by your Telstra Rep it’s not working due to ‘a technical glitch’!! We are finding it hard not to blame Telstra for our in out in out in out phone line and hardly ever working internet service. It is Telstra who take our money so the buck stops with them. It is the ‘joke of a service’ NBN’s faulty equipment that is causing our disgustingly bad services not our problem.
