I wouldn't reccommed these useless pieces of shits to anyone. was told 5 days ago my services woild be up and running it's Now Saturday and still nothing.

After 8 attempts to discuss the dreadful service and false promises of a their products, I am again disappointed to speak to another customer service rep that makes me go through the same 4000 questions that I had already completed the previous 7 times, each time no resolution is meet by the end of the phone call. No wifi for 2 weeks, unable to contact customer's service. Literally paying for zero service from Testra, no one answers customers service calls or reply to emails.

It's more of an inconvenience to get an internet connection from Telstra. Every week there is an outage and then internet is not available for 2-3 days...once our contract finishes we will definitely change from Telstra to a better service provider!

Bad customer service. Constantly disrupted service. 1hr on the phone to just get a technician booked to come and fix the problem. Problem not fixed when technician come out.

Its amazing you guys guys are still in business its a hell off a nightmare ringing up about any complaint you are transfer to another department service you dont have one you get to the call centres overseas another nightmare i decided to jump onto the Telstra site and do a live chat to another about a problem they really dont want to know about it so my advice if you are a Telstra client boot them out and look at another poor service
