Very bad service!! Applying for a refund always has no results and waited for nearly six months. Seven phone calls and network contacts have not been answered, and even threats from online customer service are not refundable.Fighting for my own rights has also been underestimated. It turned out to be such a service attitude.I will never use Telstra anymore and tell my friends that they will never use them again.
There's nothing inherently wrong with your service, but you still owe my parents $600. You literally broke 5 Telecommunication Acts and you've been found to be wrong by the ombudsman but you did nothing about that because you just don't give a damn.
Jugiong still without reliable Mobile Service start of Week 4 !!!! No updayes No Reasons given and your Regional Dealers are selling People new Phones that still don't work of course because it is a Network Issue !!Many of us in this Town are elderly and some are sick and need to get in a Car to drive for Miles to ger Teception !!!That is not accepyanle or providing any kind of Service

There is no way to contact a manager or someone from Australia...i’ve had an issue for 6 months with not resolution...
My home number has been inundated by calls supposedly from telstra today. When I ask what section, they say technical support So I then say I have a problem and they hang up. Wish Telstra could find and stop them !

Absolutely appalling service by each and every service consultant I have spoken to regarding the reconnection of my services after paying my bill. They first sent my bills and disconnection notice to my previous address even though my current address was in their system and then when I sorted out a payment plan and was promised to have my suspension lifted after a certain amount had been paid, they then tell me...after the payments had been made...that my services won’t be reconnected until the full amount has been paid.
