I am very angry to be told that I cannot upgrade my mobile unless I pay $199. Even if I've had my phone for 10 years!! ( ive had it for 2 yrs but this is a senario that I used and was confirmed by customer service) this was NEVER explained to me I was told I could just upgrade after 13 mths now 2 yrs on I have to pay another 199 just to get a phone that works!!! We have been loyal customers for well over 10 years. After this I will move my mobile. My husband moble. Our home phone and internet to another company.

Dear Telstra now the most Unaustralian network to exist. I lodged a complaint 3 weeks ago and the call centre operator Pina did not lodge the complaint and after 3 weeks with no response. Today I tried to lodged a complaint about property damage and use of my land with out my consent. When I called to discuss the matter I was transfered 7 time, hung up on 3 times and when I asked to speak to a manager or some one from a Australian department and not some Malaysian call centre, my request was not actioned. What a joke. Get a overdue bill which is not ours and is due to identity theft. So how does Telstra allow a 20 year old get a new phone with stolen ID of a 59 year old. They won’t even block the phone and said visit a shop they MIGHT be able to help.

I have recently moved my physio business to new premises and the customer service I have received has been disgusting. I was told a technician would be here today at 10am to sort things out and I’m still waiting. Due to your lack of service I am losing money and business . I can not take bookings, consult with my elderly patients over the phone or use eftpos . I would appreciate someone contacting me ASAP.
