Telstra are hopeless! Our NBN has been disconnected for the 2nd time and my business has had NO PHONE FOR 4 DAYS! How can a telecommunications company get it so badly wrong so many times. BOTH business had had issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TELSTRA TO ANYONE ! I won’t be resigning any of my services in the future. Business or home I’m done.. customer service is Next to non existent ! They are costing my business money!

Absolutely pathetic customer service is the least I can say! We have no internet connection since last 3 days, we have been on calls with Telstra team for more than 15 hours in last 3 days. The customer service supervisor promises to call back and she doesn't. When I call back I get to know the customer service centre has been closed for the day! Won't be recommending Telstra to anyone! Don't take customers for granted, because of them your are in business!!!
I live in Inverell an we are having problems with the home wireless and also the wifi connections even on the mobiles this is starting to shit us off as this has been happening for the last three months......unhappy Jan
I have spent hours on chat and phone to try and upgrade foxtel and add a box and it has been a nightmare. I just want to speak to a customer service person in Oz. Thinking of moving the 5 services I have somewhere that cares about customer service.
