Breached my confidentiality by contacting my ex-husband about my recent complaint on a service we never had together. After an hour and a quarter on the phone to them about this and other issues, no one could explain why this happened, nor offer me any resolution to my service issues. Denied a discount on my bill, I asked Jane in the billing department: "so loyalty means nothing to your company, your customers are only important when they are signing up to a contract they can't get out of, that's your business model?" Today was a day that I was beyond annoyed about the outage. You pay a company good bit of money because they are suppose to have best service and line and then it drops out and your phone becomes unusable. So I lost all internet connection and couldn't receive any calls due to the outage. To top it off you call them to see what happened and you are placed on hold for 40 minutes and still no answer to my call as I Imagen other customers were calling to give you heaps. After almost 4 weeks after Telstra wrongly disconnected my business premises at Campbelltown, I still have no connection for my office phones, servers, fax & internet. Today, I discover that the wrong LOC ID has again been reported to NBN and the order will have to cancelled and NBN will have to assign the correct LOC ID to my address - even though I emailed you the property ID 2 weeks ago. I still have no certain date, except that it won’t be soon or even this week. This is on top of me being told by Telstra that I had NBN ... read more
