Well Telstra you have done it again. I lodged a complaint previously so today they call me back to discuss the complaint and wish to validate me. They rang me so I will not give dob, address etc so she gave me a phone number to call her back. When I rang it says the customer solution team are only there Monday to Friday and then disconnects the call. Seriously Telstra you are getting worse by the minute. �

I applied for a new service on 19/Feb. Now its 10/05, I still have no internet access via my ADSL2+ and telstra told me they do not know when will my Internet connected.

Well done yet again Telstra for hanging up on me after leaving me on hold for 35 minutes and for not fixing my internet and home phone line. Absolutely disgusting service and shuffling me from department to department. PATHETIC!!!

I walked into this Telstra store this morning with my dead 3 month old (along with my 16 month old daughter) phone to be looked at. I told the guy that it won’t turn on, and I won’t charge.
