Telstra, I will be making a complaint to the ACCC. Yesterday our internet was switched off suddenly. We contacted our upstream provider and have been told that a technician will be sent out on Monday. This is unacceptable due to the fact that we have witnessed a technician acting on behalf of Telstra working on the MDF/Network in the street. He was acting suspiciously.
