I am absolutely appalled with telstra customer service. I was on hold from 7.30-9.30pm tonight, the the voice message tells me to call back between 8am-9pm, and the text me a link to online chat. Finally after half an hour someone comes online to help. He cannot help cause I’ve been put through to wrong department. So he calls me and then says he will patch me directly through to cable department. Explained that it was after 10pm at night in Australia and I needed to go to bed. Very disappointed in the lack of mobile service along the Stuart highway between Coober Pedy Sa and Alice Springs Nt. My wife and i even bought Telstra recommended blue tick phones before leaving home so we would have service if we needed it. It really is unbelievable that in 2018 that you can't get service along one of the major highways in Australia.
Below par service, paying for the premium and best service and receive a well below par service
