Telstra, you truly are not a company of your word. I have been waiting for 3 months for an order to be processed, which is also a medical emergency. Have been given the run around by your call centre, (don’t even know where that is). Have put a complaint in, have a complaint manager, tried to help, but your call centres “nothing we can do” attitude really stinks. They would rather I make another complaint than help me. These last two days - I have spoken to the most inept call centre EVER!!! For HOURS!!!!! TELSTRA SUCK!!!!!! I can't tell you any plainer. THE MOST disgusting Corporate IN THE WORLD! Your call centre staff are IDIOTS!!!!

When Telstra wants to sell you their products, they use on shore staff with a good curtesy. When you have problems and need help from them, they make you talk to their off-shore staff who cannot resolve any issues. Most likely you would be transferred between departments until you give up. Waiting for my contract to finish and move to other providers. By the way, I think Telstra deserves 0 star, not even one
