Its amazing you guys guys are still in business its a hell off a nightmare ringing up about any complaint you are transfer to another department service you dont have one you get to the call centres overseas another nightmare i decided to jump onto the Telstra site and do a live chat to another about a problem they really dont want to know about it so my advice if you are a Telstra client boot them out and look at another poor service

Over a hour and a half on hold, NBN faultage as per Telstra team member, no phone call back regarding matter as they said there would be post testing ,Nothing but problems with internet since last year. Pore response from Telstra it’s a absolute joke when you pay so much for the service defiantly would not recommend Telstra to anyone as we will be changing to a different provider!!
So Telstra’s address didn’t match my tenancy agreement. I wanted the home bundle. I suggested they come out and decide which of the five billing address was mine. “Jason” mad a note of this. From March to the end of September Telstra has charge my direct debit hundreds of $' For service i don't have. Every month we go through the same process but nothing is done. The online complaints email doesn't let you in to try to fix this problem. Telstra you are disgrace.
Without any notice whatsoever our internet stopped working, called customer service and was on queue for 60 mins! Finally got answered and issue wasn’t resolved. The following day (atleast they kept their promise to get back to us!) they told us that our internet was disconnected due to a disconnection request! by whom we ask? They can’t give us a direct answer!!!! To add insult to injury, it will take them about a week to process our reconnection!
