Thanks Telstra, mid contract you stop sending me postal bills in the mail and forced me to convert to email only. Suddenly I got a bill for 2 months worth and a $15 surcharge as I didn't pay November's bill. Very annoyed as I have never had this charge put on for at least years and years and years as I always pay as soon as a bill got delivered to me in the mail. Another hour wasted on the phone achieving ZERO towards resolving their billing error, only to be told the complaint (opened on Friday, first communication today) would be closed as dissatisfied. What's the point in having a complaints department that don't resolve complaints? Why am I repeatedly wasting time on hold only to be told by your receptionist who doesn't speak English that she can't possibly connect me to anyone helpful? I was lied to after many years and thousands of dollars paid to this organisation. I have cancelled my orders I ordered a new phone and smart watch last week told it would be delivered Tuesday waited no delivery now I’m told they can’t tell me when it will be delivered taking days off work to wasting time fur something that doesn’t come so I’m going with someone else fur the first time In Years I hate being lied to
No internet, Foxtel or home phone since Friday (5 days). Over an hour to get through to customer service and all I was offered was an extra 10GB of data on my 4G service, so I could hotspot my 4 kids devices, wife’s computer so she could work and my computer. Lies on the the service status page which shows no outage, but the ‘self fix’ page says the outage would be fixed by 7pm every night.its been 5 days and still nothing. Not happy Telstra I want some compensation 🤬

Every month your mobile app experiences “technical difficulties”. I have to try multiple times to pay my bill on time. Don’t get me started on call conductor (Telstra Business)...how is this our national standard? Embarrassing
last 6 months our internet service has been close to non existent I have made numerous calls, been sent a new modem, done tests over the phone with your customer service team, was told the main link in Villawood has had issues and is currently being fixed and that's why my service has been bad.
