Wow Telstra! I tried to help a friend discuss their mobile bill with Telstra today and I suddenly remembered why I have not used Telstra for the past 22 years! The operator was condescending (Brill or something similar was his name). Not even based in Australia. In August 2018 went to a store to buy a new iPhone, great ! "If you renew your home internet contract you will also get 10% or $10 for your bills they said.... That's great ok let's do it.... 3 days later T(HREE DAY LATER ) They still couldn't connect my new phone, so fed up with it I took it back and cancelled it. get rid of the overseas support centres they refuse to fix the to hard problems as they have no idea, they like to keep transfering you as they dont want to deal with it and they refuse to give the customer to their manager when we ask for one
I don't think I've ever dealt with more poorer service than Telstra, my grandmother's phone line has been damaged for the past week and even though everyone in the family has tried calling Telstra, no one can get through! I waited 30 minutes alone just trying to get through to someone. It's an absolute joke, on top of that her vital call (personal safety button which she presses for emergency services in case she falls) can't work because the line is gone. Telstra is a bad company! They have left my 83 year old parents without a landline for a week. It was supposed to be fixed by 1900hrs last night. If you try to ‘phone you are put on hold for over an hour.y
My mothers landline phone has been broken since friday 14th December...we have made numerous calls to Telstra waited over an hour each time and no one from telstra responded...disgusting!!..She lives at Liverpool is elderly and again there was another severe storm last night..Thursday...and she had really bad hail damage..and could not ring anyone...this is really really bad from Telstra...this has happened in the past so why havent Telstra fixed the underground cables!!!..I am currently on the phone again trying to get thru... read more
