Your call centers are rude. Got a call from Telstra. Guys says ... “before we could go any further I need to verify your identity” and I asked. “Well, firstly I need to know if you are really calling from Telstra or you are a scammer. Worst service! All lies! Staff doesn’t know what they are talking about! Keep you on the phone asking redundant questions wasting your time! They offer to give you free stuff instead of fixing the actual problem! Just the worst!
Just deliver better customer service!
I wish I could give you a zero Telstra. Two years ago when I connected with you there was an error on my bill due to a mistake by the salesman at the Wollongong store. I was over charged for months with in store visits and phone calls getting me no where. Recently my contract expired (yippeee) and I made enquires on how to return my phone (leased). Telstra stop lying to customers and be honest. We have been waiting 8 months to get a connection and are told there is NO NBN service in our area, no ADSL 1or 2 despite NBN Co installing and activating the lead in cable (FTTN) to our home ready for our chosen providor to connect us..
