I’ve been on the phone to support and on hold for 45min - this is ridiculous! If you want ANY level of support, do not go to Telstra. Not to mention I need support because the service we are paying for (internet) stopped working.

As a long time Telstra customer i am disgusted at your latest advert with a guy trying to dress up to be a girl, telling us all that is completely normal. My 3 and 5 year old children shouldn't have that played on their TV's and that message spread to them. I thought you sold communication, not left wing political agendas? Your ad is cringeworthy and disgusting.
incompetence is unbelievable I have spoken to 8 consultants in 2 weeks just to get a hardline hooked up and is going to take another 2 weeks because of all their f##kups. So 4 weeks with no phone in a rural area with no mobile reception unless I drive about 3kms up the road to get 1bar of service to bad if we get bitten by a snake or get hurt in any way guess we will have to crawl or die cause of the 4 week wait to get a landline connected. Terrible service. Waiting for more than 5 months to port our number. Still waiting though promised it was simple. Much time and money wasted.
