Worst service provider ever. Trying to find out what was happening with NBN outage in Holsworthy was a major task. Wouldnt tell me if it was just my connection or a wider problem. Would not explain what the problem was or give a time line for the service to be fixed, just a condescending "we understand your frustration" script. Their outage site now shows its a wider problem affecting the NBN in Holsworthy and it won't be fixed until 27 December. So no internet for 2 weeks and over Christmas. Merry Christmas from Telstra!

your call centres in the Philippines do not listen to your customers and a dismissive when a complaint is raised. when you ask for a supervisor you have to wait an eternity.
