Got home last night and the kids were complaining the internet was out. Turns out it was intermittent - fluctuating between 0 and 3mbps. OK. Reboot everything. No change. Check the outages page. No outages. Try and get in touch with Telstra to troubleshoot the fault. THREE HOURS LATER AVERAGING ABOUT 25 MINUTES BETWEEN RESPONSES I still had not chatted with anyone with any technical knowledge. Tried again this morning. Telstra is currently forwarding all incoming support enquiries to a text message service, seriously guys you are the most expensive service.... start acting like it!
Without prejudice. Absolutely shocking for business. I think they are responsible for more small business owner suicides than anyone knows about. Successful small businesses rely on getting the calls in to book the work but when the internet and phones fail because of Telstra’s incompetence and their business goes down to nothing, no wonder people get depressed and end their lives because they end up loosing everything they have worked so hard to achieve. Absolutely disgusting.
Telstra in general is a rubbish organisation, NO SUPPORT, not contactable. After 8 years of having trouble with them I am moving to another provider however they stop my phone number from being ported. 7 days my business number has not been operational. Really, use any other company just not these ignorant so n so's
I envy all of you who have been able to get your Telstra service sorted out in hours or even days. We've had a Change-Of-Ownership request in since 16th June 2020 after taking over a business, and we are still waiting. Telstra is without a doubt the most incompetent communication company in Australia. Maybe the world.... Andy Penn the CEO needs to stand down immediately. I have never ever had the displeasure to deal with such a business. Telstra should immediately be forced to close up. The lack of service is outstanding. Andy Penn resign immediately!
5 full days of customer chat to get my internet dropping fixed. Every time message comes, stay in touch with we will get back to you and no response after 5-6 whenever I send a message anywhere here? The phone company that REFUSES to answer a phone! They avoid customer service at all costs.....push everyone into the retails stores and then won't even answer the phones to them.
