Pls dont. They will not let you exit out of then without dropping charges on your account that you do not know about. I have been trying to get final amoubt to settle every month and never mind if you tell your billing history with corresponding refences. It is painful to call you. You just want to pay ur bill and waivers take days weeks and months to be done. Pls if you re reading i want to end this bill Pay and never go with Telstra ever again.

Today I called this store and spoke to Kang who was so rude to me and he started raising his voice at me, when I was calling to enquire on an order. Kang told me he is the manager, if this is the case it doesn’t look like from the level of customer service I was given, very very bad. I think he needs to learn a lot more about customer service and the way he speaks to other people.

Telstra treat the elderly so terribly! My dad passed away and you were happy to change the bank account you were taking money from to keep getting paid but when you finally close the account and open a new one for my Mum you can’t credit her the money owed from the account you finally closed..... no you send a cheque with an incorrect estate name and to an estate that’s closed since you took so long to do anything then refuse to just credit the new account! :( VERY UPSET :( We connected to Telstra Business Internet and have had nothing but trouble, drama, and accumulated nearly 100 hours on the phone trying to fix issues in just 4 months! 12 THINGS THAT HAVE GONE WRONG WITH TELSTRA 1) Telstra couldn't get the internet working for over a month 2) Telstra forgot to send our sim card backup - and has promised on 6 occasions to send it - We are yet to see it. 3) We authorised 2 people to talk on the account. I dont have an internet for 2 weeks now. You said there was an outage due cable damaged caused by independent construction in my area. And it should be restored last 28Mar. That day has come by and gone and still no internet. then telstra said it has been extended and service expected to restore by 09Apr. And then today it changed to 12Apr. Please telstra get it fixed asap! I am wasting my money on you and for the internet service that isn’t working.
