Two employees loudly yelled about the fact they’d put their NBN hub into a puddle and someone might get electrocuted. Then they loudly stood outside and yelled about what they did through the week and read a newspaper. Then they left. Money well spent huh? Sure hope nobody gets electrocuted, I’m an avid videographer.

We live 1 of 4 town houses. All of them had no internet. Instead of sending one technician to do all the jobs. Telstra sent a different technician to do each job on different days. So incredibly unorganised and inefficient.
innovative and progressive
Eighth outage in 12 months and this one 1 1/2 days after previous 8 day outage. Actually identifying the problem and fixing it permanently would be good. I am paying for a service that is not being provided - but no choice as I need the landline connection to get internet. So very very frustrated and disappointed.

Telstra are completely unable to port over existing numbers Porting over an existing number should be easy right? I've done the same through TPG, optus, vodafone with no issues. I bought a tesltra $300 pre-paid sim and activated it online 05/02/20, was told it would take 4-24 hours. I checked the next day 24hrs later and it had not worked. I then spent the next 4 days with multiple calls per day attempting to port over my old optus number.
