it could improve by actually giving me the service I'm paying for. My internet is down again and I'm so over calling, turning off and on and rebooting. I think my next option will be the Telecommunications Ombudsman
I am a small business owner and you along with nbn and totally destroying my business ! I have been dealing with this now for over a year ! I rang today to make another complaint only to find that my case manager has closed the case ! Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service! No internet for 9 weeks, then have our email service deactivated. It has now been 4 days without email service. After being promised yesterday it would most definitely be reactivated by 8.34am today, it has not! After yet another phone call to Telstra to speak to incompetent staff, I was told ‘another 72 hours’. I am more than furious! 😡😡
Our cable has been out for 2 days. No advices from T. No help offered. No customer service. Service Tep said he would send me links and details - nothing had happened. In 2016 I spent hours of days with Telstra probs. Why should we have to waste our time chasing T, TIO and such. It’s just terrible service by a monopoly

Very poor customer service. Tried to sort out a wrong bill. After 1 hour of talking back and forth the customer care representative hang up on me! Did not expect such a crap service from Telstra!
