I have been holding on for 1 hour to speak to someone in Telstra in the Phillipines about my account. I have lodged a complaint with The TIO, and no one except the telephone operator will take my call. My internet has been done since Thursday 5pm 31 January 2019. Telstra keeps telling me it will be up by 7am or 7pm depending on the time of the day I call. LIES LIES LIES, this is disgusting for an Australian Company, I have been told that evryone is in a meeting and they dont want to talk to me!!!! How rediculous. They promis... read more

Communicate better with the morons at nbn. Why do I require nbn to come out to the house to install the nbn equipment twice? before telstra will supply me with a modem. Why is it that tpg posted a modem to me without this requirement?

Telstra have given me the complete runaround with transitioning to the nbn. Today I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to book a Telstra technician to come to my home to test the existing copper phone infrastructure. We have FTTN, and connection to there is all good. Then Telstra copper infrastructure from the node to the basement of my block of units. Telstra say nbn co should test this. Nbn co says it is Telstra’s responsibility. So no one will test this line. We have been without internet, Netflix and Foxtel, which means no form of TV since 7:30pm Saturday 5/1/19. It’s 6 days today!!!! We have been given the run around every day by your off shore call center or a robotic answering machine. Where is the customer care? We pay good money for your services.
