I had a Telstra lease mobile phone. It was retunred to a Telstra business centre in George St, Brisbane. A new phone was issued and posted out. A courier came to the Telstra Business centre and took the phone for delivery. The Telstra staff took a photo of the consignment note and the courier took the phone to be returned to the Telstra warehouse. The phone never arrived at the Telstra warehouse.
