My home internet went black 2 weeks ago on 5th. They charged the bill of internet last week while they didn't fix the fault so far. Very very upset and frustrating..

I have spent hours of my time on three occasions trying to get a telstra TV box which is part of what I have been paying for delivered. Tonight I actually had someone on the phone say to me take it or leave it. This is after months of them failing to provide me with someting I signed up for. This company leads the way in poor customer service and time sucking when you try to get something resolved. It should not take follow up after follow up, only to find out nothing you were promised was done. Telstra service sucks.
