I have been waiting for Telstra business to email me for 2-3 months re an account that is overdue and I am still waiting to hear from thwem. It seems that they dont want their money,BUT wont reconnect the streaming or the telephone service again. What is wrong with this mob?????

And my mums phone is still not connected. This problem started last December!!!!!!!!! Mum needs to change providers because of nbn. Her current provider only has internet bundles, Telstra has a home phone only option. We are trying to give them business. Three times (that's three times three days on the phone sorting, requesting, organising authorities and change requests, both the current provider and them. At this moment, ping to Sydney 276. Download speed (nbn this) 2.5 mbps. Upload speed, 1.3 mbps. Worst service in the world i reckon. Called what now 3 times when the speed goes dial up. They keep suggesting restarting modem ... Works fine during the day, come 8 pm it is complete rubbish like the company itself. Meanwhile my neighbor happily running 50 mbps consistently all times no worries with ... alternative company.
