hours wait on the ph. tried all the links to contact telstra , no such luck . i am not paying my bill until they get back to me . they have broken there contract by not being available to discuss trying to over charge me

telstra & NBNco are ridiculous. moved into a new home with an NBN fibre to the premises box on the wall but i need to wait up to a month for it to be activated because both NBN & telstra can't get their systems aligned & ask me to prove i'm not living in a vacant lot. in the meantime, telstra issue me a 5mbps modem. are we living in the stone age? and yet there is nothing anyone can do because the government is useless.
