I am absolutely disgusted with This company. I have waited the last 7 days for a new smart card for Foxtel after the original card I had for the last 9 years broke. I received it today only to find out that the number on the card was a duplicate. The gentlemen that dealt with my issue was very patient and held himself at the highest level. What disappointed me was that when I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone at a higher level I was unable to. SHAME!!! ON YOU!!! I had to wait 6 weeks for an internet transfer from 5 minutes distance and now I have to wait 7 days WITHOUT internet after the connection... SHAME SHAME SHAME !!!!!!!!! We are living in a 3rd world country with your company....... I DO NOT RECOMMEND TELSTRA TO ANYBODY
Thanks for disappointing again Tesltra. 4-5 calls to get an order number for a phone delivery which is incorrect. 4 different agents and no one is able to get a correct order number (account details provided every time I called) Your customer service hasn’t improved much since I cancelled my personal number. Will be cancelling the business account soon. Pathetic

Dear Telstra, i have phoned you for a bill enquiry and after jumping through 7 hoops and 32 questions, i am informed that you are closed and are only opened monday to friday from 8am to 6pm. Im ringing on Friday, 20th april at 9.35am...are you all on a roster day?
