Dear Telstra, i have phoned you for a bill enquiry and after jumping through 7 hoops and 32 questions, i am informed that you are closed and are only opened monday to friday from 8am to 6pm. Im ringing on Friday, 20th april at 9.35am...are you all on a roster day?

If icould give 0 i would ! My business is suffering with this company, its affecting my health due to the stress i have to go through dealing with these incompetent people. This company does care about your business or anything, they are just in it for the profit ! Not sure how companies can still get away with such despicable service in Aus

Even one star is too much. Been spending the last 55 minutes with completely useless overseas "support" call centre staff who are unable to give me a straight answer to the simplest of all questions: when can I terminate our business' plans with Telstra. Got 6 different answers and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. Or is the strategy to frustrate your callers so much that they just hang up?
Just walked out of the Telstra Flagship store in Sydney and left really disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for years and constantly overspend on data (last months bill was $400), so I went to discuss what my options were to get a better deal, acknowledging it was my fault the data kept running over. I reference a recent deal providing 25GB data for $49 and asked the store rep if I could move to that, he replied with 'it's only for new customers', I replied with, 'so if i move to Vodafone then back to Telstra you'll giv... read more
