Absolutely hopeless. Spent 2 hours on chat and mobile. Seriously thinking of changing 4 mobiles, house phone and internet.
Telstra, who use an automated system, to call people from a blocked number, asking to confirm personal information before your computer will even tell me why you're calling ME. You guys are hopeless.
Have to write this here because we are getting zero help from Belong - and they are a subsidiary of you. No phone support (line drops out)... no chat support (no agents available)... internet down all over the country, and not a single word from Telstra or Belong. What the hell is going on??
