I discontinued all telstra services and paid all the bills. When I got a cheaper one. But I think they are in big turmoil.... Sending me invoices for the service I never used.. I called to ask what this invoice for, they said for leftovers, paid that amount. But then started sms me unable to send email on Gmail so pay the bill When I called up the answer was that late payment bill for the final amount. I paid that too. Some of the worst service ever encountered. Typical idiotic overseas staff. You cant pay you bill because the system work, you can speak to a person because thats how they have set up the voice system.
