I have just had the rudest overseas useless person on the phone her ID is D812506. Telstra......... stop this time wasting tactic. How much an hour do you pay these people?
Gave my phone number to another company- don't know which. I get lied to everyday!! They took $130+ in credit.. Have been without any communication for 10 days now. They promised this would never happen because of medical emergencies, 3 separate times and they all deceived me letting my number be disconnected. So sick of calling them at least once a day as they keep saying they'll call back but never do!! Been with Telstra since 1995 and absolutely disgusted with their treatment of all customers!!!
