Once AGAIN i am trying to gey through to this ridiculous company as i have been trying to sort out my account for MONTHS. My last complaint was 2nd of feb and apparently someone was to get back to me in 5 business days. Each time we called Telstra we were mucked about and sent on a merry go round all this while the business is without internet. Our business is heavily reliant on the internet due to our cloud base CRM which ultimately controls access for our customers to enter the health club facilities and of course my staff who work on the computers all day and night. Telstra Telstra Telstra...... Your a joke! NBN always dropping out you expect us Customers to pay $100 month for what drop outs? Today the 2nd of February we have had no internet for over 3 hrs + My Partner has been on the phone you and your useless!
