SICK TO DEATHH of not being able to log into my web mail account. When an email is needed to be sent, it can't because the web mail won't open. How tf Telstra is still in business amazes me.
everytimes i call telstra, i get transferred all the time, im on a 100mb/s download 40 mb /s upload, im getting a speed test from brisbane wich is 26mb/s download and 1.6mb/s upload, its been 7-8 months im on this plan, and they keep saying its going to be fix tomorrow, but never happened, i have maybe 5-6 complaints through them but they keep dodging me, i am sick of this..... do not choose telstra, you cant even speak to someone from australia, just indians and Philippines people....barely speak english, and read a script

Cable internet down for over 20 hours with 2 more days to expect. Ok, problems happen in most business but what really pees me of is the fact of no information or explaining the cause of the outage. telstra could... should offer free Fon WiFi since I get signal at least. Anyway, Optus here we come!
