I have been a loyal customer for years. The moment I switch phone plans to help consolidate all my bills. I get an instant debt recovery notice for failing to pay my final bill. Interestingly enough I got 2 with 2 different amounts. Apparently you billed my final amount incorrectly. This immediate debt recovery notice has left a very bitter taste. Even worse when you gave me the wrong amount as well.

I hate you guys , I’m so over dealing with your rude overseas customer service. We applied for a new service on 4 February and still not sorted out. No communication at all . numerous of phone calls made by myself hours spent on the line and still no outcome. We fall behind with our account we requested a payment extension got given 1 week and threatening suspension of our account if not paid . We have been Telstra customer for more than 30 years. I discontinued all telstra services and paid all the bills. When I got a cheaper one. But I think they are in big turmoil.... Sending me invoices for the service I never used.. I called to ask what this invoice for, they said for leftovers, paid that amount. But then started sms me unable to send email on Gmail so pay the bill When I called up the answer was that late payment bill for the final amount. I paid that too.
