Dear Telstra What an absolute disgrace of an excuse for customer service you purport to provide to your so called "valued" customers. Terrible service.....I’m leaving your company. Happy to keep charging over $300 a month for an issue you cause have caused. 2 emails, 1 call back then I never get a call back to follow up.

Telstra. You make peoples lives extremely difficult. I've been on the phone for an hour being shuffled around from people to people and then cut off. Guide me please. I've just started a new plan with Telstra Foxtel and have not received the Telstra TV offered free as part of my plan. Also I'm not receiving 9Life channel since Foxtel was installed. And also I'm getting 2 adult channels showing on my TV Guide for all to see which have discusting TV Show titles that I don't want my kids to see. I want them removed from the gui... read more

Useless and just shocking service and communication. Very unimpressed.
No home phone or internet service for 4 days and counting.. constantly being told the problem has been escalated and that we will get a call from the so called “Specialist (LOL) Team”.. maybe they are so special they communicate telepathically, because we have not heard anything from anyone on THAT team. All communication has been initiated by us! Customer Satisfaction rating is a big fat zero! Contract is finishing in April.. See ya TELSTRA! You suck!!
