I just went to the Telstra MacArthur Square store to upgrade my mobile. I have been a customer with Telstra for well over 15 years with my home phone, internet and mobile. I done my homework and found a fantastic deal with Virgin Mobile and asked Telstra to match. Unfortunately the sales person could not and HE stood up and left befire I could. So much for loyalty to your long term customers. Are you that big that you don't give a shit about the little people anymore? ������ bye bye Telstra.
So I've switched over to Telstra (online order). Was sent a SIM card with welcome letter - no account number (only order number recorded). I tried to register online so I can monitor my usage only to be told I need my account number to complete the registration. Get onto chat and advised “For security reasons we can't provide you the account number and also though you have the account number is there is no listed authorize person on the account, you can't proceed with the registration".
