I spoke to 4 representatives - 1 in a shop, 3 others on the phone. At each stage, I spent an ungodly amount of time (a) authenticating myself, and (b) explaining my existing plan. I was given the run-around, until winding up with a rep who actually knew how to assist a customer. Especially your shop staff! Given a customer's mobile number, there are a number of ways of authenticating the customer without resorting to hardcopy documentation. This is not about the store. Its about the service on general. Each interaction is the same, 30-40mins explaining my issues and the problem never changes. I have complaained to the Ceo's office and the same version and interst shown. They all.must read the same script. They promise the wworld for you business and once they lock you into a contract.... they deliver an atlas. So very disappointed in the product sold and the service post signig me up. So no choice but to complain to the ombudsman's and they dont really care if ... read more
Worst customer service ever. They've now screwed my internet connection up, most likely on purpose
