I signed up online to get ADSL Internet and home phone through telstra in early December and we are now in Februaury. After multiple phone calls and hours spent on hold, they still have been unable to get my internet connected! Seriously WTF telstra!
Totally over Telstra, I think I need to start looking elsewhere. Internet and Foxtel were down for 3 days last week and now again!!! Both times when I have checked the telstra outages page via my mobile it tells me that there is an outage in my area but when u ring Telstra (in the Phillipines or wherever they are) they tell me there are no problems, no outages!!!!

Can't really write Zero stars. I had the worst experience, charged $190 for excess data usage and my phone still says I have 7gb remaining. No SMS notices nothing. Broken service and we pay the price. Thieves.

Your broadband service is fucking garbage. Literally can't go a day without connection issues, I've just spent an hour waiting for the internet to come back on after getting home from a days work. Oh and thanks for the daily connectivity issues during my Christmas break. Telstra - the third world broadband service.
