This would have to be the most pathetic company i have dealt with. The bigpond ADSL2+ is a joke and ever since the NBN rollout it has only declined further. Constant dropouts, impossible gaming at a premium price. The reason this company is such a joke is because they dont have to give a stuff. Telstra, if I could give you negative stars I would. Leaving a customer of over 50 years without access to a phone is deplorable! Mum is in her late 70's lives one her own and you have left her feeling very vulnerable! After forcing people to take on nbn, zero care is given when it doesn't actually work! The hours we have spent trying to fix this, the amount of visits to the property and listening to your technicians come up with BS excuses has been stressful to say the least! Telstra you FAIL! ���

40min wait on the phone to only get through at 8:56pm, with no one answer and hear call centre staff laughing in the background. At 8:59pm Telstra consultant picked up the phone - thought I was someone else then promised to call back, which I said "there is little chance of that happening given the time" and then she said "oh no I'll just transfer you to another fixed line as I need to refresh my screen" and then hung up. Horrid Experience!!

porting my number from Vodafone after agreeing to contract they stop my order cause they want identification proof of addess etc etc etc as if im borrowing million dollars from bank. shov telstra up your arse. keep taking me for a ride. steer away
