My poor mother week after week for MONTHS now have been calling up and being called back by your so called support team to try and get the bills for my poor deceased grandfather stopped. a BIG shout out to Maria the Legend from the Telstra Shop at Southgate in Sylvania NSW... 27minutes from start to finish for a phone, plan & data upgrade . The only person who actually listened to my issues with my Telstra Business & Mobile Account and gave me a solution , a new phone and a new way of operating my mobile travel agency ... Customer Service at its best and restored my faith in Telstra ...

Another 42 minutes of my life wasted on the phone & on hold trying to find a solution to a complaint that I've already spoken to someone about many times over the last two or so months. Why do we still have to pay for services that do not work? SO frustrating! I could pay off a house with my Telstra Bills :(

Well not impressed with Telstra at the moment as our internet has been frustratingly slow for the last month or so making business via internet basically impossible takes for ever to load emails etc we are in kununurra wa 6743
