I went into this Telstra shop on George St to get the new Pixel 2. I have to say the customer service was outstanding from Ashim. Very happy to have made the move over to Telstra.
Everything I thought that could possibly go wrong happened but then Telstra found a few more ways to disappoint. Placed my order in June and 5 months later I have no phone or internet connection working properly.

Dear Telstra, once again your service is yet to disappoint! I ordered the new iPhone X on Sunday 29th October having my order confirmed online but did not receive a confirmation email. I decided to call the next day just to confirm my order and I was reassured there was nothing to worry about.
