Hi Telstra. I live in the Hunter Valley and pay for an incredibly over priced phone bill and internet, but never the less, stayed committed for years (You've generally been pretty decent). Just letting you know for the past couple months the quality (internet speed etc) has been absolute rubbish.

Apple Music with contract are a big scam to get you in. Activated 1 week now and still not working. Rang Telstra not surprising they were all as useless as ever before. Then got me to contact Apple, Apple stated that Telstra has not given them any instructions to activate. 1 week gone by dealings with morons from overseas who has no idea what they’re doing. I went into this Telstra shop on George St to get the new Pixel 2. I have to say the customer service was outstanding from Ashim. Very happy to have made the move over to Telstra.
