Saturday night trying to watch a movie on BigPond Movies using our Telstra NBN Broadband. 28 Min is we have just given up and are resorting to watching an old DVD instead of the new release we have rented. The Broadband tonight is really slow and the movie keeps freezing and reloading. Checked our speed, we are paying a lot of money for Broadband yet my mobile phone is literally 20 times faster! I have tried for two weeks now to connect our new business phone line and nbn so I can commence business, but everyday I call back to see how far away the connection is and I am told someone will contact me soon, and they say I just have to wait!!! Surely it doesn't take two weeks to have this done, we are trying to open the doors but Telstra are not cooperative can someone please help??????
