Well.. I love Telstra even if I get some issues from time to time after so many years with them.... BUT... I think I change my mind now... I signed with TBox in 2013 and kept on using it... now been having some issues and been told by their call centre that TBox is now obsolete and not supported... hello did I hear it clear,,,, for a senior citizen with a lowtech mode... not been advised... hhheeeiiiisstttt

I was asked to bring my mobile plans over to telstra, I was told I would get 5gig of extra data to share. It’s been a total mess. I have spent 5hrs on the phone, been to a Telstra Shop and been hung up on by someone called Vaneen because the problem is too complex to be solved.
