The absolute worst business I have dealt with ever. NBN disaster. But yesterday my phone was suspended even though the bill was B’Payed 2 weeks ago. 2 lousy operators are useless.
I cant believe how bad telstra customer service and there problem solving department are. Ive had constant line drop outs for 6 months now. Each drop out lasting for a day or two minimum. 6 Technicians have come out and each one of them say they have done some work and the problem has been fixed. But what do you know after a few hours another line drop out leaving my family with no internet and my kids unable to watch there shows on netflix. Each time we call Telstra customer service they always say stage 2 complaint member ... read more

Internet and Foxtel down in Bellevue Hill 2023 since Tuesday. Three different reps telling three different stories. Most recent update was a fix occurring yesterday at 7pm. 24hrs later and still down. Service status page now reflecting “TBC”. Seriously?? Definitely shopping around.
