sometimes I did not received the original bill,overdue bill was on time. and let me to pay more. when i called the customer care, the staff told me thant is my falt because i didnt received the bill but they already send. I used TPG for a lot of years until the telstra sales came to my home and introduce his product and let me to change. actually the adsl speed is not very fast than TPG,but the service more disappointed for me. although the problem maybe solved,i wish next month telstra 's system wont get problem,but it brin... read more

Just wanting to add an extra email address to our business email account for a new staff member and you would think I had asked them to jump off a cliff.. After being passed on to three different people/departments, being "verified" each and every time and over 20 minutes on the phone, for what i would think is relatively simple request, only to be told they couldn't add a new email address to our account because we don't have an active internet connection with them???? WTF??? We have always had an internet connection throug... read more

Telstra you are really peeving me off. Went with you for our NBN phone , it's now been 3 weeks and we still can't use it . When someone calls us they get the message ' phone temporarily not available' when we can ring out , on the other ends it shows a totally different number is calling !!! Then too top it off you send me a phone bill for something I can't even use !!!!! Not happy Jan ����

Fix the outage in the Esplanade in Sylvania FFS! It went out on the 9th of September, you first initially said it would be fixed on the 12th, then delayed it until the 18th and now it is the 20TH. Honestly what is with your bullshitting? It has been 1.5 weeks! What have your technicians been doing the entire time? Honestly??? And there's no compensation at the moment, absolutely unacceptable. You could get away with this bullshit in Orange but not in metropolitan Sydney!
