I've been a customer for years with multiple services. Recently move houses and went with Telstra as my internet and phone provider and its has been a disaster, unfulfilled promises, uncoordinated, they try to be 'nice' over the phone but they don't hang up so you can't respond the survey... really disappointed... can someone please get in touch and resolve this issue?
Telstra shit customer service and shit service providers, took out an internet package and it's been 6 weeks and still no internet, was told today that it's still another 5 weeks away and there are no lines in the street! I live in Sydney and have a Telstra pit in the nature strip out the front of my property! How the hell do you not have enough services in your own pits and exchanges to supply all the houses in an area that we were told is the only provider. By far the worst service EVER!! I have just wasted spent almost 2 hours on the phone speaking to 8 different technicians from 8 different departments only to come back that they couldn't resolve my issue because in basic terms it's not their problem ... this all started yesterday when all I simply was trying to do was to get information or action when would be the best time to connect my Internet ,my phone and Foxtel at my new address ... I was informed it would be okay that I could start the process then without it affectin... read more

My daughter booked for the NBN to be installed at her new apartment. She asked for it to be done on the 25th August due to not having access until then. After taking down all the details they got it terribly wrong and booked it for this Friday. After many phone and many hours trying to explain that they got it wrong and could they fix the date and always replying to her that they have noted and changed it.
